Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to how ProTickets works: the data we track, how the workspace is organized, how pricing and the free trial work, and how we support serious ticket resellers.

ProTickets is a workspace built specifically for ticket resellers. It gives you live data on more than 50,000 primary market events, tracks over 120,000 events on the secondary market, and adds tools to organize your presale codes, calendar and buying sessions in one place so you can run your brokerage like a real business instead of out of screenshots and spreadsheets.

ProTickets is for people who treat ticket reselling as a serious side hustle or full-time business. Solo brokers, small teams and investors who want better data and structure use it to find events, plan drops and track performance. It is not a casual fan club – it is designed for users who want to make consistent, repeatable profit.

You do not need years of experience, but you should be willing to learn and execute. ProTickets includes training material, an ebook and a private Discord community so new resellers can understand how pros think about markets, bankroll and risk. The product itself is opinionated and guides you toward workflows that working brokers already use.

You need a laptop or desktop, a stable internet connection and a valid payment method for the subscription. Most users also have accounts with the main primary and secondary ticketing platforms in the markets they operate in. Once you sign up, you can import or build a watchlist, connect your workflow to our Chrome extension and start planning upcoming drops.

ProTickets focuses on markets where professional resellers are most active today. We track primary-market events across the major North American and selected international platforms, and secondary-market listings, sales history and price curves across the main resale marketplaces. Coverage keeps expanding as new partners and geographies are added.

Both. The Discover Events feed shows primary market events – on-sales, presales and inventory windows – so you can plan entries. The Data Explorer focuses on the secondary market: historical resale prices, listing volumes and demand by section. Used together, you see where real demand is moving before you commit capital.

Primary events and presales are refreshed continuously as new tours and drops are announced. Secondary market data is updated on an ongoing basis throughout the day, with more frequent updates for high-interest events. The goal is not a perfect “tick-by-tick” feed, but a clear, reliable picture of real prices and demand so you can make better decisions.

Yes. Many users start by focusing on a single country, league or genre. Filters, favorites and the calendar make it easy to build a narrow universe of events that match your style – for example US arenas, Canadian tours, or only high-end floor tickets – and ignore everything else until you are ready to expand.

The core workspace is organized around five pillars: Discover Events (primary market feed), Favorites (your watchlist of plays), Codes Manager (every presale code tied to its event), Calendar (all important dates for your saved events) and Data Explorer (secondary-market pricing and demand analytics). Extra features like the Chrome extension, Discord and training material sit around this core to help you execute faster.

You use Discover Events to find potential plays, move interesting tours into Favorites, attach any presale codes you receive in the Codes Manager and then see all key windows in your Calendar. When a drop opens, you are not digging through emails – you already know which events matter, which codes are live and what the secondary market has historically paid in similar situations.

No. Some users live mostly in the events feed and calendar, others spend most of their time in Data Explorer. You can start with the pieces that solve your current bottleneck – for example, organizing codes or seeing resale history – and layer in the rest as your volume grows. The workspace is designed so that each feature works on its own but compounds when used together.

The Chrome extension brings parts of ProTickets directly into your browser when you are on event pages, so you do not have to context‑switch to check data. The private Discord gives you channels with serious brokers, curated alerts and a place to discuss plays, risk and execution in real time. Together they make it easier to move from research to actual buys.

Yes. New users can start with a 14-day free trial of the Pro plan. During the trial you get access to the full product – Discover Events, Favorites, Codes Manager, Calendar, Data Explorer and extras – so you can see how ProTickets fits into your real buying process before committing long term.

At the end of your 14-day trial, your account moves to the paid Pro subscription unless you cancel beforehand. If you continue, your workspace, favorites, codes and calendar all stay exactly as you set them up – you simply keep using the product without interruption.

Yes. You can cancel in a couple of clicks from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again unless you restart your subscription. There are no long-term contracts or hidden fees.

ProTickets offers two subscription tiers: Pro and Premium. Each tier is available with monthly or yearly billing. Pro starts at $24.99/month (or save with yearly billing), and Premium starts at $74.99/month (or save with yearly billing). Eligible new users can start with a 14-day free trial. Both plans include full access to the ProTickets web app, Chrome extension, live market coverage, structured training, and private Discord support.

We use industry-standard security practices: encrypted connections, secure payment processing through trusted providers and strict access controls on our side. Payment details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored in plain text by ProTickets. You can read the full details in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Support is available by email and through our contact form, with a focus on fast, practical answers for working resellers. Depending on your plan, you may also get access to additional channels like live chat or higher‑touch onboarding. Inside the app you will also find walkthroughs and examples to help you get value in your first sessions.

Yes. New users get access to written guides, an ebook and recorded walkthroughs that show how to move from “finding events” to running a repeatable playbook. The goal is not to teach you a single one‑off trick, but to help you build a process for researching, entering and exiting plays with better information and structure.

Many of the features in ProTickets have come directly from working brokers. Inside the app and in the Discord community you will find places to propose improvements and vote on ideas. We cannot promise every request will ship, but we actively prioritize changes that make it easier to find good events, protect downside and scale your operation.
